Cleaning House

As I have been getting ready for the Holidays that are approaching I have been cleaning house.  As i have cleaned each room a day at a time I have been going through and throwing out.  I must say that less i have it is actually more because now I can see what I have and be able to enjoy it all as well and not to stress because there is to much.  I have found this relaxing and peaceful because the less there is the less you have to clean up or around.  The stress has started to go away because now there is no panic okay now where is this going to go, do I have room for it, or saying just forget it i dont want to do it.  Now I have found I dont mind to clean and keeping it clean with two kids as been alot easier as well.

Veggie Pizza

Everyone has a favorite they like to make for  a BBQ.  As I have a BBQ to attend today I have made one of my favorites.  It is very yummy and yes healthy!!.  It is also very easy to make as well!!

Ingredients:

2-3 cans of crescent rolls
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 package of dry Ranch Salad dressing mix
1/2 cup of Miracle Whip
1 cup of chopped of veggies ( I use tomatoes, green peppers, broccoli,  and coli flower) you can also use carrots or other peppers.
1 cup of shredded cheese or more

preheat oven to the temp on the can of rolls.
Roll out the crescents flat on a cookie sheet and until the cookie sheet is covered( it takes at least 2 can to do this) press them together to form your crust base.  and then bake in the oven for 8-10 min or until golden brown.
In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and the miracle whip.
Chop up you chosen veggies

When the crust is done let cool and then spread the cream cheese mix  on the crust, then evenly spread each chopped veggie over it and top with the shredded cheese and ENJOY!!!

Keep in refrigerator!!!

Fathers Day Project

Fathers Day is this weekend and instead of going out and buying something I choose to do a craft with my two kids.  I may have $10 tied up in this and it was a ton of fun.  The blue hand prints is my sons and the red is my daughters.  This is something that will last a lifetime!!
